Ingredients - Scallops (size according to plan)
- 1/8 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon gingerroot finely chopped
- 1/8 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Sugar Twin® brown sugar
How to Prepare
- Arrange scallops in a single layer in a baking dish.
- Marinade: Heat soy sauce. Add gingerroot, lemon juice, and brown sugar; simmer 2 - 3 minutes. Pour over scallops. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Remove scallops from marinade and place in a single layer on a broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat until scallops are opaque.
