Ingredients
- Fresh slice turkey breast (size according to plan)
- Morton Lite Salt®
- I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spray
How to Prepare
- Directions for cooking whole turkey
- Rub cavity with Morton LiteSalt®. Place breast side up on rack in shallow roasting pan. Spray with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spray.
- Place in a 325° oven. Do not cover or add water.
- When it begins to turn brown, place a tent of aluminum foil loosely over turkey.
- Cook to internal temperature of 185°.
Cooking times:
6 to 8 pounds for 3 to 31/2 hours
8 to 12 pounds for 31/2 to 41/2 hours
12 to 16 pounds for 41/2 to 51/2 hours
20 to 24 pounds for 61/2 to 7 hours
- When the turkey is done, remove from oven and let stand for 20 minutes for easy carving.
