Ingredients
- Flank steak (size according to plan)
- 5 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon Morton lite Salt®
- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
How to Prepare
- Score flank steak by making 1/8 cuts diagonally across steak in a diamond pattern.
- Spray skillet with Pam®. Saute onions; set aside.
- Combine salt, oil, lemon juice, pepper and garlic. Brush 1/2 mixture on one side of beef.
- Broil 2-3-inches from heat until brown, turn; brush with remaining mixture. Broil about 5-7 minutes.
- Cut beef on slanted angle.
- Serve with sauteed onions.
