Ingredients
- Ground lean sirloin (size according to plan)
- 5 green onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Morton Lite Salt®
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- Dash red pepper sauce (optional)
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1 cup Herbox® very low sodium beef broth
How to Prepare
- Brown beef in Dutch oven along with onion and garlic. Drain.
- Stir in remaining ingredients, bring to a boil; reduce heat.
- Simmer covered until tomatoes are tender.
