Ingredients
- 1 cup of cooked chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 2 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 2 tablespoon of plain, nonfat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
- 1-2 tablespoon of water
How to Prepare
- Place all ingredients in the food processor.
- Blend on high until forms smooth paste.
- If mixture is still dry, you may add an additional 1-2 tablespoons of water to create a smoother paste.
- Serve chilled.
